A block of rooms has been set aside for REGISTERED conference attendees at the special group rate of $109.00 (tax inclusive) per room per night, for up to four persons. 

The block is for:
Sunday, January 29
Monday, January 30
Tuesday, January 31
Wednesday, February 1

The $109 rate cannot be guaranteed for dates outside the block (early arrivals, late departures), though the hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrival/late departure requests.

The block of rooms has been extended and will remain in place until 5 PM EST, Wednesday, January 17, 2012 after which time we cannot guarantee the special rate and/or availability.

Should the block of rooms fill in advance of the release date, Tall Ships America will make every effort to block additional rooms at the above rate, however that may not be possible - our advice is to register early for the conference so that you may reserve your room well in advance.
